Eco business in the field of care products
Anna Grama is a young mother who, with the help of Business Skills HUB, has turned her dream into reality by starting her own business, AlintCristalin SRL, where she produces sea salts, effervescent balls, body butter, cream and lip balm, all from natural products!
Anna creates hand-made all her products. The raw material (plants) she grows in her own garden, and what is not possible to grow in Moldova – she imports.
“My business is totally thought of as a purely ecological and sustainable brand. Starting with growing plants and ending with taking care of nature. We deliver wellness for your skin, health and beauty. But also for the environment, because we use organic ingredients and local products for a sustainable future. We promote responsible consumption, with a focus on quality but also on nature” says Anna Grama, founder of cristalin.md
In 2022, the entrepreneur applied to the grant competition held in the framework of the Business Skills Hub, funded by the European Union and co-funded by Sweden through the East European Foundation in the project “Civil society contributes to inclusive and sustainable economic development in the Republic of Moldova” and obtained funding for the modernization of its production workshop through the purchase of new equipment such as stainless steel table, planetary mixer and grinder, worth 1638 euros. Thanks to the support provided, production volume and sales have increased 3-fold, and 2 new jobs have been created.
“Thanks to the funding we obtained, we were able to purchase the necessary machinery for the activity. Thus, we can produce faster, more and in advance. We have created 2 new jobs and tripled production volume and sales. We have gained notoriety not only on the local market but also abroad. Thanks to this, I have achieved financial independence and I am motivated to grow even more”, Anna says with delight.
In a short time Anna has successfully developed her business and created a website for online sales and promotion. Becoming a motivator for young mothers to believe in their own strengths, to dream big and achieve the goals set. She has big plans for the future and follows her dream with confidence and dedication.
